  • Booking requests should include the correct service, dates, visit frequency when needed, emergency contact, vet information, and care instructions for each pet.
  • Payments, sitter decisions, booking status, cancellations, reviews, reports, and support requests are stored locally in this MVP so the full journey can be tested.

For Sitters

Accept Requests Responsibly.

  • Sitters are responsible for keeping profile details, service prices, calendar availability, languages, safety notes, and Personalized Care services accurate.
  • Sitters should accept only requests they can complete safely and reply to pet owners through Petia messages before and during the booking.
  • Admin approval decisions can pause or restore profile visibility in local testing, helping Petia review trust and safety flows before production.
